So as most of you are probably aware, I LOVE nut butters and PB on toast is my absolute go-to breakkie. However, the newest game changer is adding a big spoonful of yoghurt. Here are some variations of how I like to enjoy my yoghurtty nutty toast.
The first photo: about 100g of yoghurt, a few teaspoons of almond butter drizzled on top and half a banana on wholemeal seeded toast.
Below is my berry special toast: greek yoghurt with chia jam and peanut butter on spelt sourdough. To make the chia jam simply heat a few handfuls of berries in a pan with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and a splash of water. Stir regularly but keep on a low heat for about 20 minutes until it becomes nice and thick and a jam-like texture is formed.
I'm sure there are so many more variations out there that are equally as delicious so let me know or tag me (@livewellwithhan) if you recreate them! They could be a super quick, easy, simple and nutritious breakfast or afternoon snack.
