I hold a Masters degree in Human Nutrition, Bachelor degree in Psychology, and have completed accredited nutritional counselling courses in Disordered Eating and Body Image. I have a special interest in disordered eating and gut health and have over three years of clinical experience helping teenagers and adults overcome difficult relationships with food.
