I’m Hannah Cartwright, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) certified with the Association for Nutrition, UK. I hold a Masters degree in Human Nutrition, Bachelor degree in Psychology, and have completed accredited nutritional counselling courses in Disordered Eating and Body Image. I have a special interest in disordered eating and gut health and have over three years of clinical experience helping teenagers and adults overcome difficult relationships with food.

I pride myself in combining the latest evidence-based nutritional science with elements of psychology to provide you with the highest standard of personalised, holistic and compassionate care. My goal as a nutritionist is to help you enjoy nourishing your body and mind with food that supports both your mental and physical health. My approach to treatment is built upon kindness, integrity and trust, so that you feel safe and supported in your journey to better health and wellbeing.

I believe nutrition is about nourishing your body with the food you enjoy and embracing a healthy way of living so you can live your life to the fullest.

"We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Hannah to work with our daughter and support her in dealing with her eating disorder. Hannahs patience, support and the trust she built were crucial in her journey to a healthier life. She connected with her and worked with her in a way that she really responded to. I can't recommend Hannah highly enough."
